Two questions: are companies required to post for competitive promotions and if so, should the internals complete an additional application or could we have a sign up sheet for example.
Same question for non competitive: Is an application process required? Or can we create a streamlined approach for promotions and transfers?
Currently, we do not ask employees to complete and application or fill out any promotional form, etc.
