William A. Osterndorf is President of HR Analytical Services, a company he founded in 1993. HR Analytical Services provides assistance to organizations facing regulatory scrutiny from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and other governmental bodies concerned with enforcing affirmative action and equal opportunity regulations. HR Analytical Services has a reputation of closely tracking trends and new developments at OFCCP to provide sound and practical solutions before and during regulatory reviews.
A leader in helping companies that must deal with the many complexities in the federal affirmative action realm, William Osterndorf has been involved in the affirmative action/equal opportunity field for 30 years. He has extensive knowledge of the affirmative action laws and how these laws are being implemented.
Mr. Osterndorf has given presentations on affirmative action and equal opportunity related topics including the following: OFCCP’s Sex Discrimination Regulations, State and Local Affirmative Action Requirements, OFCCP’s Veterans and Disability Regulations, and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. His series of webinars on OFCCP’s Internet Applicant rule received praise for their cogent and helpful approach to this complicated topic. Mr. Osterndorf has written extensively about OFCCP regulations and practices, and he was the chief architect for comments submitted by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) on OFCCP’s Internet Applicant rule.
Mr. Osterndorf is a past President of the Milwaukee chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. He is currently chair of the Milwaukee Industry Liaison Group (ILG).
