Julia Méndez Achée is Senior Consultant for Biddle Consulting Group. She has experience working as an affirmative action, equal employment opportunity law, and diversity/inclusion consultant and trainer since 1995. She also has assisted hundreds of companies through OFCCP compliance reviews. She holds a BS in General Business Administration, an MBA, and a MS in Professional Counseling. She has been invited to speak at national, regional, and local ILG meetings as well as SHRM chapters throughout Louisiana. Julia has been appointed by the governor of Louisiana as a Commissioner for the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.
