Heather Ansell, Vice President of Sales & Strategy HRC

Heather is a passionate driver of change with superior capabilities in assessing and building sales teams and identifying partnership and product opportunities to position the company for sustained growth. She has a deep advocacy for people, guiding individuals and teams to be their best selves.

She has deep leadership experience in software and technology solution sales at companies large and small. Prior to joining Circa in 2019, Heather was VP of Commercial Operations at Covetrus. Here she was part of a team working to spin-off the global Henry Schein Veterinary businesses, merge with Vets First Choice and launch in Feb. 2019 the IPO of Covetrus on Nasdaq. Prior, Heather led Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions, North American sales and marketing, facilitating integration of five acquisitions to create a customer first experience to facilitate growth, and pivot the dental technology and medical software divisions from shrinking to growth market turnarounds.

A native of Wisconsin, she holds bachelor’s degrees in Business and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition, she holds a variety of certificates with the Pragmatic Institute, Predictive Index, Challenger Sales Methodology Implementation (CEB/Gartner), and The Oz Principle. Heather is a voracious reader, learner, change agent, past professional water skier, wife, and mother of three.

Michelle Jackson, Director of Product Management

Michelle is an enthusiastic wearer of many hats who found her calling as a Product leader. After an early career in social service work following earning a Liberal Arts degree from Rockford University, and spending over 20 years in the Insurance Technology field, Michelle heads up Product Management for Circa – bringing her love of problem solving to work towards a mission dear to her heart, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Outside of work you can either find Michelle performing operations and marketing functions for her son’s growing cabinetmaking company, reading, hiking, or listening to music by Prince. Michelle is also a member of a multigenerational home, and she and her family are all avid Milwaukee Bucks fans. Go Bucks!

Chris Rowland, Executive Director of DEIB Strategy

Christopher Rowland served as ManpowerGroup’s Global Diversity Officer from 2016 to 2021. As Global Diversity Officer, Rowland oversaw the advancement of ManpowerGroup’s long-term DEI strategy and execution.

At ManpowerGroup, Rowland collaborated with the senior leadership team to implement culture and talent strategies that leveraged diversity and inclusion across the company’s 80 countries and territories throughout the ManpowerGroup family of brands.

Globally, Rowland was responsible for understanding diversity on a regional and country level to have better insight into where organizations are today and how to elevate inclusiveness and implement diversity best practices for the future. In North America, Rowland oversaw implementation of the DEI strategy to ensure that the company continued to evolve and provide thought leadership both internally for ManpowerGroup’s people and culture and externally with clients and candidates.

With over ten years of talent attraction and management experience, Rowland is a recognized expert in helping organizations build and leverage effective teams and attract top talent. Rowland frequently serves as a spokesperson, providing skilled insights into how businesses can navigate the changing world of work. Rowland is an active council member for global initiatives such as the World Economic Forums’ DEI and racial justice council. Regionally, Rowland lead the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce task force for the Region of Choice initiative, a collaboration of over 100 companies intended to drive workplace diversity and equity across the region.

Previously, Rowland served as Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Solutions leading operations and specializing in high-volume recruitment programs for clients across several industries. In this role, Rowland was responsible for managing multiple teams and partnering with clients’ Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop strategic solutions and improve overall recruiting efficiencies.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Rowland supported a Fortune 100 financial services firm, where he specialized in proactively finding candidates through creative recruitment and sourcing strategies. During this time, Rowland developed and implemented a diversity recruitment program, increasing hiring by over 50%.
Rowland holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in economics from Colgate University. He currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Ashley Schneider, Director of Sales Enablement & Development

Ashley has a passion for creating positive, results-oriented learning environments that set sales talent up for success. She works closely with the sales leadership team to guide the direction of Circa’s new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, product and partnership launches and strategy for the sales development team.

Ashley has over a decade of experience working at high-growth, private-equity backed technology companies. She joined Circa in 2019 from SilentBoost Consulting Group, where she was Program Director, Sales Enablement. Prior to that, she advanced within the sales division of Zywave to lead in training and management and authored a blueprint for building and maintaining a high-performing sales development team. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science, Consumer Science, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from Vista Equity Partners’ leadership program. Ashley enjoys walking, reading, and exploring the outdoors with her two children and husband.

Kristina Wamboldt, Director of Customer Experience

Kristina started her career with Infosoft Group in October of 2017. She graduated from Carthage College in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management and recently earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration through the University of Phoenix. As the Director of Customer Experience, Kristina currently manages Compliance, Client Support and Implementation Teams. Together these two teams provide operations and customer service support for OFCCP and Diversity customers. Kristina is the mother to two young boys and currently lives in Racine, Wisconsin. With a passion for people and process development, Kristina and her team are always looking to find new ways to grow!

Ryan Krall, Director of Business Systems

As the Director of Business Systems and Enablement Ryan brings 20+ years’ experience running operational and data teams across multiple industries. Most recently Ryan led a global data operations organization in the overall strategy, as well as daily operations for customer master data, global point of sale and territory management for Rockwell Automation headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Ryan also has significant experience with dozens of CRM and Sales applications both on the implementation and usage sides across various organizations and industries.

In addition to Ryan’s extensive experience in strategy and operations, he as has a passion for all things DE& I which is what led him to Circa. Ryan has participated and championed numerous team, learning activities and events all focused on allowing participants to gain a systemic perspective and understanding of the costs of racism, sexism, heterosexism, oppression, and unexamined privilege. -“Becoming a change-agent is life-changing, it is also just the beginning. Helping to build an organization where people feel as though it was designed with them in mind requires ongoing effort and is a true passion.”

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where he met his wife, they currently reside in Muskego, Wisconsin. He enjoys being outdoors, trap & skeet shooting, travel, movies and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.

Angela Cottrell, Director of Financial Projects

Angela is an experienced financial leader with a history of increasing efficiency by leveraging process & technology improvements. She joined Circa in 2022 after having spent 20+ years of performing critical roles that include business analyst, project manager, continuous improvement coach, and change agent in implementation projects.

At Circa, she has been instrumental as a project manager for CRM implementation and managed vertical integrations for contract billing, ecommerce, banking, and Avatax. She has also led finance workstream activities during corporate acquisitions.

A Wisconsin native, she has a Master’s degree in Business from University of Wisconsin-Madison where she also completed her undergraduate degree. Angie enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband, three sons, and extended family.

Amy Beno, Senior Customer Success Manager

Amy is a hard-working servant leader who is known for building strong relationships while balancing the ability to execute on projects quickly. Always thinking outside the box for innovative solutions, Amy loves collaborating to drive the team to deliver strong results and is currently overseeing the Account Management function at Circa with a focus on strong results for revenue retention through renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. She has a passion for developing people and providing opportunities for professional growth because she believes there is always room for learning.

Prior to joining Circa in 2021, Amy was the Director of Staffing at GMR and before that was in internal talent acquisition at ManpowerGroup; both roles were responsible for managing teams to deliver on high volume recruiting. When it came time for a change, a career pivot to sales for a SaaS industry leader focused on recruiting and DEI solutions made sense. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College, a Master’s degree from Aurora University and holds the SHRM-SCP certification.

Amy is married with three boys, two dogs and is typically on the go with her active family. She loves reading, cooking, working out, attending concerts and spending time with friends.
