Hi Avery, You do not need to track anything new or different (such as those you speak with), but if you do collect resumes or consider someone for a position, then the individuals could fall within the OFCCP definition of an applicant and you may need to begin tracking applicant data at that point. If the company only speaks with candidates about the company and individuals need to apply under their own initiative, then they are not applicants at that point. So the answer is, it depends on the recruiters' approach at the job fair.
