Is there a law (OFCCP or otherwise) stating how long you need to have a job posted before closing it and/or hiring someone in that role?
I have been told that the minimum time you should post a job before filling it is 5 days.
I was “quoted” , “For OFCCP guidelines, the Req is required to be open for 5 days before you can move an offer through”
I have worked for global companies who had job posting minimums at 2 days. However, I thought the amount of time or if a job was even posted was based on company policy.
