Good afternoon. We are a federal contractor. I have received this question from HR numerous times regarding the OFCCP. HR keeps insisting that we need to interview at least 3-5 individuals for a certain position. I have never heard of such a rule, but is there? Secondly, if I have identified an internal candidate for a position based on past performance within the organization, do I still need to post the job on the internal and/or external job board?
