In cities where there are First Source Hiring Programs (FSHPs) is a requirement to post jobs on their city job boards 10 days in advance of the public in conflict with any OFCCP requirements?
For example, in Los Angeles, some employers who contract with the City have to post any job openings on their LA’s website 10 days in advance of the public so that it reaches their targeted local residents. Would this requirement be in conflict with any OFCCP requirement?
