Are we required to keep a separate record of where we post our requisitions (i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ClearedJob.Net, LinkedIn, etc.)? This is separate from our state board posting requirements and applicant record keeping. For example, if we have a Program Manager posted on our career page, but also post it on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn for 30 days, do we need to keep a record of this and take screenshots of the ad posted?
