If a candidate is identified, do they have to be interviewed for specific job posting?
It is my understanding that a candidate can only have an initial discussion with a recruiter or hiring manager that is focused on the candidate’s skills, what type of job they are interested in, etc. The candidate cannot be asked specific questions about a position and the role’s requirements unless there is a job posting online.
Please confirm the OFCCP requirements regarding interviewing for a specific job.
