Confidential Job Postings

I have multiple questions around confidential postings:

1. If I have a position I am posting confidentially, does it also have to be posted to the ESDS?
1a. If this position is a senior manager/executive role, does it also have to be posted to the ESDS?
2. If the position is not a senior manager/executive role, is not internal and the position will last longer than 3 days, am I allowed to post the position confidentially?
2a. If I can post #2 confidentially, should I also be posting it on the ESDS?
