I have a similar question to the Anonymous user who posted a question on January 29, 2020.
Can an employer post a position with a certain job title and salary range and then offer a preferred candidate a higher title and pay and not repost the position at that higher level?
It would seem to me that the pool of candidates would be different/more competitive if the job was accurately posted.
