Why is LocalJobNetwork changing its brand name to Circa?

Since the company was founded 25+ years ago, we’ve evolved. New people, new products, more than just a job board. Our brand needs to evolve as well.

How did LocalJobNetwork arrive at this new visual identity?

We began in Fall of 2019 by researching what our customers, prospects, partners and employees thought about our brand. We found a bit of brand confusion around our products and name as well as a need for a common thread that would link our products together. We also looked closely at workforce dynamics, macroeconomic trends and cultural influences to confirm our new course. We knew we needed to clearly lead with purpose, not product and have our brand stand for something.

Why the name Circa?

We knew our name needed to convey experience and industry expertise, while signaling a brand that customers can be confident in. It needed to be grounded in the here and now, but also be expansive enough for future opportunities. Most of all, the brand name needed to be transformative. Hence Circa was selected. Circa is an iconic name with two levels. “Circle/encircle” speaks to layers of growth and capability. “Circa” is also time-based, so we are using it as a signal that from this moment forward business will be different.

Is there anything I need to do as a result of this change?

Aside from updating your records to reflect our dba name change and updating your address book with our new email addresses, no other actions are required. All invoices, purchase orders, and other transactional communications from us will remind you of the proper action to take.

Does the change to the new company name mean the company’s legal name has also changed?

No. The legal name of the company remains unchanged as The Infosoft Group, LLC, the dba changes from LocalJobNetwork to Circa.

How are the 600+ job board domains being woven into Circa?

We are exploring the best methods to optimize our strongest positions, adding new urls where needed, redirecting some urls to our new domain circaworks.com and dropping those that no longer fit our brand persona and purpose. Our domain strategy will continue to support our core tenets, local talent, diversity recruiting and OFCCP workforce compliance.

When does the new company name, look and identity launch?

Circa brand launch begins 07/22/2020. Brand guidelines and assets related to the new identity are available upon request at solutions@circaworks.com.

Has the ownership or organizational structure of the company changed?

No, both ownership and organizational structure, remain unchanged.

Has my point of contact changed?

No. You will continue to be supported by the same people, with the same delightful service. Our employees will have new email addresses so we encourage you to update your records to reflect this and add our new domain @circaworks.com – to your contacts list so we can continue to stay in touch. Don’t worry if you send something to one of our old email addresses, we will still receive it.

Will this impact my product and service offerings?

No. We will continue to provide our products, services, and expert guidance to you. Over time, we anticipate expanding our products and service to better serve your needs.

Will the order I placed before the rebrand still be fulfilled?

Yes. There will be no disruption to service as a result of our rebrand. You should receive any orders you have placed in the usual timeframe. Feel free to reach out to your Customer Success representative if you have any order-related questions.

Will my login details (username and password) to my account change?

No. You’ll still be able to access our online platforms using your existing credentials.

Do the old e-mail addresses still work? If yes, for how long?

Yes, the old e-mail addresses work in parallel to the new addresses and we will provide notification when the legacy addresses will cease. We encourage those who correspond with us to update their address books and whitelist our new domains appropriately. The new e-mail addresses will automatically be used for outgoing e-mails.

Can I still connect with you on social media?

Yes. We’ll be updating our social media channels to reflect our new name. Look out for notifications on those channels.

Does the rebranding have any impact on existing agreements, contracts or invoices?

No. All contracts are executed under the company name of The Infosoft Group, LLC. Invoices may be addressed to The Infosoft Group, LLC, LocalJobNetwork or Circa.
