Joshua Roffman is an attorney in Littler Mendelson’s OFCCP practice group. His practice primarily focuses on assisting federal contractors and subcontractors with the various compliance obligations enforced by OFCCP. He helps companies develop their affirmative action plans, advises them through OFCCP compliance reviews, and counsels them on day-to-day compliance issues. Mr. Roffman also assists employers with using data analysis tools and techniques to assess their employment practices, including hiring, promotions, terminations (including reductions-in-force), and compensation. Mr. Roffman regularly speaks and writes about OFCCP compliance issues and regulatory and enforcement developments. He is based in Littler Mendelson’s Northern Virginia office.
