Today, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published its latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL), which includes 973 unique companies and is comprised of 922 Supply and Service establishment-based traditional compliance reviews, 30 Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations (CMCEs), 36 Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) reviews and 12 University reviews.

What does it mean if your organization is on this list? In less than 45 days, you will receive your scheduling letter. Once you receive your Scheduling Letter, you have 30 days to respond to the OFCCP. Your response will need to include a completed Affirmative Action Program (AAP) and supporting documents requested in the letter.

Here are complimentary resources to help guide you if you find yourself on this list.
