The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued a final rule implementing Executive Order 13665 promoting pay transparency, which took effect January 11, 2016. The rule prohibits federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating against employees and job applicants who inquire about, discuss or disclose compensation information.

“EEO is the Law” Poster Supplement
When the OFCCP issued the final rule promoting pay transparency they also issued a mandatory supplement to the “EEO is the Law” poster which incorporates the changes to EO 11246 in which sexual orientation and gender identity became protected classes
