For Promotion and Accommodation Focused Reviews, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has introduced condensed versions of the standard compliance review letter. Due to the unsubstantial amendments, approval is likely from the Office of Management and Budget.

The abridged versions with updated itemized listings (11 for Promotion, 8 for Accommodation) require submission of letters for Executive Order 11246, Section 503 and VEVRAA. Along with the support data for itemization, it is mandated to provide employment activity and employee-level compensation data.

The OFCCP houses landing pages for both accommodation and promotion reviews and outlines the expectation that Compliance Officers will interview managers and affected employees and applicants.

Promotion reviews may focus on intersectionality (e.g., women of color) to determine whether opportunities for advancement are being limited. While, Accommodation Reviews will focus on both religious and disability accommodation with an emphasis on denied accommodation requests.
