The [insert Company Name] (“Customer”) grants permission and a royalty free license to The Infosoft Group LLC (dba Circa) to use Customer’s name, logo(s), and trademark(s) on the Circa website and/or promotional marketing materials, such as customer presentations and sales sheets, that Circa may disseminate to third parties.
Circa will use name/logo/trademark solely to identify Customer as a Circa customer and will not use the name/logo/trademark to imply any endorsement or sponsorship by Customer. The name/logo/trademark will not be altered. Circa will use Customer’s name/logo/trademark in good faith and Customer reserves the right, at any time and without cause, to withdraw this consent to use the name/logo/trademark on thirty (30) days written notice. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Infosoft Group LLC for using the Customer-provided name/logo/trademark if such name/logo/trademark constitutes an infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or are not properly owned by or licensed by Customer.
This consent does not obligate Circa to using Customer’s name/logo/trademark in marketing materials.
