Empowering Differences is a US-based consulting and training firm founded in 2018. We provide training and leadership development programs based on the 10 Empowering Actions and the 10 common differences. Our method of development includes proprietary research on empowerment and how it is impacted by our common differences.

We partner with organizations to develop leaders, empower individuals, improve internal and external communication, and provide reward and recognition programs. Through strategic consulting and assessments, we establish their needs based on their mission statement and organization values to best optimize their goals.

Developmental sessions based on the 10 actions increase the metrics of intersectional and diverse employees in your organization. Individuals can then leverage their differences to empower themselves and others to create positive change.
