Outreach is essential for building a diverse workforce, which is proven to drive higher employee satisfaction, revenue and innovation. We are pleased to offer a free outreach virtual education and networking event. Here, you’ll establish effective relationships with community-based organizations to enhance your recruitment efforts of veterans and individuals with disabilities in Wisconsin. The event will kick off with a success story from a federal contractor showcasing tips and methodologies they employ to reach and hire diverse individuals. Following is a panel session focused on best practices for partnering with community-based organizations. The full agenda is outlined below.

After the panel, join our virtual exhibit hall which will feature 30+ community-based organizations from Wisconsin. During the networking session, you are able to connect, chat and set up a call with a variety of community-based contacts to expand your relationships and recruitment efforts in Wisconsin. If you are a community-based organization, registration is now closed for booths.

Please note that this is an event for federal contractors and subcontractors who do business and hiring in Wisconsin.
