Circa’s diverse workforce solution helps organizations increase diverse staff and encourage inclusion in the workplace. We’ve taken the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge to initiate actions throughout the year to become more diverse ourselves. Internal Action Plan: Cultivating Diversity and Inclusion into the Culture of Circa

At Circa we believe diverse teams have the power to transform businesses. From first connection with Circa and continuing throughout their employment, we strive to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive culture. Our current initiatives include:

  • Planning new offce space with the accessibility needs of employees in mind.
  • Creating a more flexible work culture.
  • Celebrating cultural diversity and learning about the variety of holidays celebrated by staff.
  • Working on Circa’s culture to ensure employees have a sense of belonging.
  • Creating an atmosphere of equity as a guiding principle for staff.

External Action Plan: Reach More Diverse Applicants

Circa wants to ensure our job openings are reaching diverse candidates. Our focus is on:

  • Increasing the number of diverse job applicants by connecting with local communities in the Milwaukee area to share open jobs with more diverse job seekers.
  • Creating lasting relationships with community partners through open communication, oce visits, and sharing of open jobs with them.
