In pursuit of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Circa, we have developed a Supplier Diversity Code of Conduct that embodies our expectations which we ask all business partners, suppliers, and vendors to support. We hope that our suppliers will strive to exceed these standards.
The standards of this Code are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the provisions of any legal agreement or contract between a supplier and Circa. The following four categories encompass the Code of Conduct, we encourage Suppliers to:
1. Prohibit discrimination based upon race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, age, marital status, citizenship status, or veteran status.
2. Build a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture, ensuring that all employees have equal access to opportunities.
3. Strive to make a difference in the lives of diverse communities through community investment.
4. Adhere to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion and promote this to all stakeholders.
