Good morning, our company is a commercial construction contractor whom recently merged with a Federal construction contractor and the commercial HR team has now taken over and we are looking at previous compliance practices, OFCCP, processes etc.

We see that the only document that’s been put in place is the 16 steps to Affirmative Action Compliance document so we are currently working on getting this updated. However there seems to be no previous written AAP plan for VEVRAA or Section 503 (we don’t have active projects of $150K or more, but we have had contracts awarded in the past that were more than $150,000 and we are bidding on more with the same value). Do you have tools or recommendations that would help us start on this plan? We looked at the sample AAP in place for DOL, but hoping for more assistance in getting that project started.
