VEVRAA Self-ID Form (OFCCP)

Anonymous - October 19, 2020

From an OFCCP compliance standpoint do we have to track the exact response from the candidate when it comes to their veteran status? Or would we be fine to just have a “Yes, EE is a veteran” or No, EE is not a veteran? We will still provide the Self ID form with all the different statues with the individuals disclosing which they are if they choose, but when we enter this data in our database, do we need to track the exact veteran status?

Thank you
