The complete AAP for Women and Minorities is required with your submission. You can find the cited regulations at https://ecfr.io/Title-41/Part-60. ESPECIALLY because a 503 "focused review" is supposed to be exactly that, before submitting your Executive Order AAP (this should definitely be a SEPARATE document from the AAP for Individuals with Disabilities -- the Vets AAP should be a third separate document which you will not submit unless specifically requested) READ the W&M AAP very carefully -- as if you were a Plaintiff's attorney looking for something to pounce on! The document should not make any "admissions against interest" without a simultaneous statement that the contractor has undertaken action to further investigate and address whatever potential issues might exist. In fact, EVERY document EVER submitted to the agency should be carefully reviewed prior to submission to ensure it is complete, accurate and does not make any commitments or representations that the contractor isn't fully able to demonstrate it has carried out or is carrying out.
You can use this OFCCP audit checklist to ensure you're doing what is required to maintain OFCCP's regulations including VEVRAA, Section 503, and EO 11246. Or request a demo to streamline your compliance and recruiting efforts.
