If I had a job posted as a “Senior Recruiter” with qualification requirements of a minimum of 5 years experience, and through this post a candidate with three years of experience applied that fits all other criteria. If I were to consider this candidate as Recruiter or Junior recruiter, would I have to completely unpost the job and start over as a Junior Recruiter with updated qualification requirements? Or is it acceptable to move forward with this candidate as long as I consider all other applicants with the same qualifications as the candidate in which I want to move forward with?
