I would suggest closing out the requisition and opening up a new one with the new job specifications. The problem is that if the job specifications are not changed to the lower number of experience requirements then you will have candidates at different levels of experience. If you have adverse impact and the impacted group actually has the higher experience you will have a difficult time defending your decision.
