We are a non-profit large organization that has recently changed to a new ATS System. We are making some changes with other platforms as well. We have been working with a 3rd party, who focuses on our OFCCP Compliance. The price is pretty hefty. We recently found out that there may be some 3rd parties who handles the OFCCP compliance, to little or nothing. Another question is does most ATS Organizations have the OFCCP compliance built in the platform already?
