The equal opportunity clause requires (among other things), "Listing of employment openings with the local employment service office ...." and includes "all positions except executive and top management, those positions that will be filled from within the contractor's organization, and positions lasting three days or less." There is no time frame enumerated in the regs regarding for how long the job must be posted, but typically many services post for 30 days.
