All OFCCP Compliance and Diversity Solution clients of Circa have access to Circa’s Outreach Management System (OMS). After you log into your employer account on the Circa website, navigate to the section that says “Outreach Management.” This will enable you to search for the organization you are working with or plan to work with, and record your outreach activities using the “Record Note” functionality. Any messages you send to them will also be automatically recorded in the background. Further, all this recorded activity will show up in your Outreach Management Activity Report, documenting your outreach, interactions, communications, and efforts to develop an ongoing relationship with the community-based organization, understand the jobs you are hiring for, and refer qualified candidates to you. Additionally, you can also record using “Add Referral” in this interface, any candidate referrals you receive.
