Hello, I use to live in Santa Monica, California. Someone is using my identity to get food stamps and cash assistance in the state of California. I want to find out who is using my social security number, it keeps popping up on my social. I am not on food stamps or grow. How is it grow cannot detect fraud. Imy case has been closed for years.
