federal contractor training requirements

Can anyone advise as to whether the OFCCP explicitly states what training federal contractors must conduct to comply with their affirmative action obligations? Are we required to conduct affirmative action and harassment training for management on a yearly basis or is it considered a best practice? I know that goals must be disseminated to management at least on an annual basis, but wondered if anything further needed to be communicated during those meetings? I conduct annual AAP training, but it is starting to get a bit repetitive for managers who have been here for some time. I wondered what other companies are doing to keep management apprised of their role in the AAP process and also whether harassment training plays into a contractor’s AAP obligations.
