Great question. OFCCP doesn’t explicitly state what training federal contractors need to conduct. However, as a general matter, it should include affirmative action, EEO, non-harassment, etc. Your angle may be different depending on your audience (e.g. employees vs. management vs. HR). You should document the training curriculum, when it was conducted, and who attended. Also, it should be completed “at least” annually.
