Hi Moni, Evergreen reqs can lead to problems in an audit, so if you must use them, be vigilant about record keeping and intentional about all decisions. Use those only for jobs where it is absolutely necessary. Ensure you have appropriate dispositions that are used correctly and everyone agrees on the definitions for those dispositions. Remember that those applicants will likely be one large pool and that tends to lead to areas of statistical significance, so make sure you check trends, probably more than annually and are able to provide evidence to support non discriminatory reasons for the adverse impact.
