EO13950

I recently contacted our vendor regarding posting requirements and this is what they told me regarding office posters related Executive Order 13950:

Our Product Compliance Department confirmed that the EO 13950 posting must come from the contractor. Therefore, we will not carry the posting. See direct quote from the law below.

“The contractor will send to each labor union or representative of workers with which he has a collective bargaining agreement or other contract or understanding, a notice,…and shall post copies of the notice in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment”

In reading the EO, it seem like the Government contracting agencies must send this notice out to those they contract with… Do we need to send /post it in all our offices? Or, do we only post it if we receive the notice from a Government Contracting Agency? Please advise? Thank you.
