Thus, the supplement poster needs to be placed in a conspicuous workplace location where notices to applicants and employees are typically posted (e.g. next to the "EEO is the Law" poster). OFCCP provides guidance on how to use the supplement in its FAQs until the revised "EEO is the Law" poster is released.
